Personal Rebrand

For some time now, I have struggled to connect with my own logo and brand identity. Designing for myself proved far more challenging than creating for clients—an experience many in the creative field can relate to. My previous logo didn’t capture who I am as a designer, the journey that shaped me, or the personal touch I strive to bring to every project. It lacked the story, emotion, and recognition I wanted my brand to evoke.

Recently, I made the decision to start fresh. This rebrand is about more than a new logo—it’s about building a visual identity that truly reflects my style, values, and the experiences that have defined my work. My goal was to create something not just recognizable, but meaningful: a brand that tells my story and resonates with those who see it.

A key part of my new brand is the orange felt cowboy hat—something I first wore as a junior in college when I joined the Auburn University Jungle and became director of graphic design for the student section. Game after game, the orange hat became my signature, standing out in every crowd at Neville Arena and symbolizing the energy and commitment I brought. Now, I want the orange hat to be more than a game day tradition: it’s a recognizable emblem that shares a piece of my story and the roots of my identity as a designer with a wider audience.

Stationary

Stationery plays a vital role in communicating a brand’s identity beyond digital spaces. Thoughtfully designed business cards, cover letters, resumes, and notecards create tangible impressions that reflect professionalism and personality. These elements are crafted not just to provide information, but to embody the brand’s style and values in every detail. Alongside stationery, a custom PR box adds an experiential touch—providing a memorable way to package and share the brand story with clients, collaborators, or media. Whether handed out at meetings, included with portfolios, or sent as special packages, these physical elements come together to tell a cohesive story and leave a lasting impact.
